Multi-Vendor ATM surveillance integrated solution:

ATM integrated solution is a sophisticated surveillance integrated PCI compliant solution; Raya has implemented successfully on ATMs in order to capture customer’s transaction data, monitor cash out and recording video for each ATM transaction.

  • Multi-vendor solution as it’s platform independent and can run on different ATM brand such as (Diebold Nixdorf, NCR etc..).
  • Capture customer’s transaction and recording a video during the transaction’s period.
  • The solution supports multi USB Pinhole color camera (up to 4 USB Cameras).
  • Based on a dedicated HDD installed inside ATM PC.
  • Using a special preparatory video compression algorithm.
  • The system provides a multi user access from different locations within bank’s network.
  • The authorized user can download image/video on the server to RUN the captured videos.
  • Searching for Transaction by transaction data.
  • Searching for Events by event type.
  • User can define settings of profiles and assign them to ATMs, and the system will manage to upload settings modification to ATMs automatically.

Another benefits of this solution that it can monitor ATM event generated from ATM such as open/close safe. The solution is independent and can run on different ATM brand (Diebold Nixdorf, NCR, etc.) with USB and/or IP cameras.


Electronic Journals (EJ) solution is a way that allows efficient retrieval of the information when researching a conflict and in order to resolve this, issue; the solution stores all retrieved EJ data in a remote accessible server and to have a backup E-journal. This solution manages, stores, and searches local data files generated from ATM transactions. It can integrate with bank’s reconciliation system completing the full cycle of settlement

Our solution supports different methods for that purpose:
  • A backup agent installed on ATM and archives the E-journal on another drive (Drive D for example) or save on external hard connected to the ATM.
  • Create a backup for the E-journal on a database server to be retrieved by a GUI portal interface.
  • Use Vynamic View backup journal entries.

With ATM FOREX solution foreign exchange service available 24/7 no need to branch because ATM handle all foreign exchange operations from cash deposit foreign currencies to withdrawal equivalent amount in local currency. Multi-Vendor solution is to provide the API (Application Programming Interface) of the forex service to enable any ATM vendor to integrate with its backend. Cardless Solution allow the bank to enable new kind of transactions like withdrawal and deposit into wallet ,Money Remittance, Various Types of Bill payment solutions , etc…
