My career has been anything but linear—it has been a journey of adaptability, courage, and continuous evolution. I started as a UCD developer, deeply immersed in software development, but my curiosity for broader business impact led me to explore roles in marketing, sales, product management, and currently Presales and Implementation Success Management. Working across multiple countries has broadened my perspective and reinforced my belief in lifelong learning and adaptability. Every challenge has been an opportunity to grow, and every milestone a testament to the power of dedication, resilience, and self-belief.
Balancing a career while raising two children has been my greatest challenge—and my greatest strength. Inspired by the strong women in my family and leaders like Queen Elizabeth II and Indra Nooyi, I’ve learnt that perseverance and adaptability are key to thriving, both personally and professionally.
“When life seems hard, the courageous do not lie down and accept defeat; instead, they are all the more determined to struggle for a better future.” — Queen Elizabeth II
As we celebrate International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day, I want to remind every woman: your journey is yours to shape. Embrace change, take bold steps, and never stop believing in the impact you can create.
